Say No to Distractions
One of the most damaging things to your relationship, your career, and your own mental health is the tendency to get easily distracted. If you are guilty of letting your mind wander – maybe by answering an email that’s not important, or responding to a text that isn’t a priority – the time to stop the habit is now.
Pause Your Life When You Need To
There are times in life when you need to check out and take a private moment to yourself to refocus; do it. If you are unable to pause when you need it, you will be consumed with anxiety and stress, which will eat away at you and cause major distress.
Prioritize
One of the most important things that you can do is simply to prioritize the things that matter most. If you’re having trouble doing this, make a written list, and commit to spending more things on the top.
