Just wrapped up a review from a client meeting, reflecting on his journey from our first session to today:
-Male entrepreneur
-Started feeling stuck, unsure how to expand his business

-Had a passion for health he wasn’t leveraging
-Plenty of resources but mental blocks holding him back
Here’s what I shared with him:
When you or someone on your team is out of integrity with the overall mission, which happens as the founder/owner grows their emotional and spiritual self their leadership and choices may be more elevated than some or one or all of the team.
So what we focused on was aligning his life vision with his business goals, creating harmony and impact that will inspire him long-term. Ensured that the idea of money and value and service to the end result was dialed in. By comparing this vision to his current situation, we identified opportunities to serve others while rekindling his initial motivations. He stepped in by committing to some breathtakingly bold charitable giving and diving deeper into sharing what we worked on with each of the key team members. We worked on integrating the balancing energetic solutions that I uniquely provide, improving family dynamics across all elements of his family, and gaining revised vision and clarity on his expanding business ventures.
The results? He’s opened a new location tied to his passion for health. His original business has seen revenues triple. He shared that he not only has a life that he and his family are all doubled down on embracing the vision and mission. His connections with community and service have expanded and his financial reserves are bigger than ever before. One thing he wanted was improved health and he said that he has stamina and energy that is seemingly endless because of how we’ve aligned everything. He also said that I’m like Gandolf for what he wanted and how we’ve gone about achieving this. He is even open to the idea of more locations and business units.
