Failure is generally an unwelcome visitor that we all have to entertain.
We have all had moments that would be considered as failures. Even with the best intentions, we put our best foot forward and often fall flat on our faces. In those difficult moments, we grapple with emotions of hurt, disappointment, anger. These emotions make us self critical.
We tend to view failure with bitterness and try to avoid it at all costs.
Therefore it is easier to highlight success. In the meantime, setbacks, failures and mistakes remain in the shadows.
However, for those of us who have bounced back, it becomes crystal clear that failure is necessary.
There is no avoiding it on a journey of transformation.

Facing rejection teaches you to have a higher level of appreciation and value for the things you work hard to gain.
In addition, failing your way to a position or while setting up a business provides you with the tenacity required to maintain it.
Going through several failures on the way to success makes the end goal that much sweeter.
2. Failure Makes You More Courageous
Courage is the only virtue you cannot fake. It is gained by trying. And failing.
Failure teaches you to admire yourself for at least trying. Instead of feeling like a loser, it teaches you to respect yourself for having the courage to take a risk.
3. It Is Not A Failure If You Don’t Quit
Learning and growing from your failures makes you more resilient and wise. You will not be keen to give up because past failures have taught you to be more creative in your solutions.
