
Today is the first day of March, a full two months after the first of the new year, and the first hints of a new season. As you enter the month of March, here are a few things to think about:
- How have the goals that you set on January 1st progressed?
- How have your goals for the year changed?
- What changes have you noticed in yourself in the past two months?
- What new goals do you have for March?
- Scan your future – what has changed? How can you accomplish what you want?
Are You Still on Track?
If you ask yourself the questions above and the answers reveal that you are no longer on track for your goals, what is your plan for tackling this? If you have faltered, is that due to a change in goal/desire, or due to a lack of effort on your part? What will it take for you to re-tackle your goals head-on?
Our Advice for March
If you do anything this month or need a goal to focus on, focus on mindfulness. Being more mindful, and taking a few minutes every day to prioritize mindfulness, will help with your energy and happiness.
