Yoga is a great way to restore your mind and body. And when your energy levels are running low, restoration is necessary; low energy can lead to financial decline and business failure. Here are three easy yoga poses that you can do today for instant relaxation:

Child’s Pose

One of the easiest yoga poses to do, child’s pose is a resting posture. To do, sit on the ground, with your knees tucked under you. Rest your bottom on your heels, folding yourself in half at the waist and reach out towards the ground in front of you. Rest your forehead on the earth, and take deep breaths.

Savasana (Corpse Pose)

Usually used to conclude a yoga session, savasana is one of the most relaxing yoga poses that there is. Simply lie on your back with your arms to your side, breathing deeply and emptying your mind.

Cat-Cow Pose

Cat-Cow pose resembles these animals’ bodies. Start with your hands flat on the floor and on your knees. Arch your back like a cat, tucking your neck and looking towards your thighs. Then, on the breath, bring your back down flat and move your head so you’re looking forward. Repeat.
