Looking for some quick ways to help ease you into your meditation? In this video below I detail the pre-meditation exercises to use to allow your meditation to be more quiet and effective. These exercises can also be found in my book, Learn to Meditate in Two-Minutes – for the Lazy, Crazy, and Time Deficient.
Step 1: Head Turns – Left to Right 12 times & Up and Down 12 times
Step 2: Arm Rolls – Backwards 12 times then Forward 12 times
Step 3: Upper Body Twists – Arms up in 90-degree angles and twist left to right 12 times
Step 4: Elvis Hip Swirls – 12 one way and then 12 the other way
Step 5: Knees over Toes Squats – 50 of these!
Step 6: Knee Kicks – Kick that energy out! 12 on each side
Step 7: Toe twirls and flicks – swirl left 12 times then right 12 times and finally up and down 12 times
Step 8: Back stretches – forward and back 12 times
