Same revenue ceiling. Same decision that won’t get made. Same problem wearing a slightly different outfit every eighteen months.
If more strategy was going to fix it — it already would have.
Strategy lives on top. The wall lives underneath.
Here’s the thing nobody tells you when you’re deep in “fix the business” mode.
Most coaching and consulting works on what you’re doing. The offer. The marketing. The funnel. The pitch.
All useful. None of it wrong.
But if the wall you keep hitting were actually a strategy problem, a good strategist would have solved it for you years ago.
The wall isn’t there because you don’t know what to do.
The wall is there because something underneath the doing — a pattern, a habit, a belief, a behavior — is quietly running the show. And it will keep running the show, calmly and consistently, regardless of how good your next plan is.
That’s the part I work with.
Not the surface. The subtle field underneath it — the place where every one of your data points, decisions, and outcomes actually originates.
I’m not coaching from the sidelines
I want to be direct about something.
I’ve built and exited my own businesses. I’m not describing a wall I’ve only seen from the outside.
I know what it is to hit a plateau that made no logical sense given how hard I was working. I know the specific flavor of exhaustion that comes from doing everything “right” and still not moving.

That’s not what this work is. I’m not a cheerleader. I’m not selling you a mood.
I’m looking at what’s actually blocking you, and addressing it directly.
What it looks like when the wall finally moves
This is the part that surprises people most.
It’s rarely slow.
Once the actual pattern underneath is identified and cleared — not managed, cleared — the shift tends to happen fast. Many clients see revenue move within 60 to 90 days of starting this work. Not because they suddenly worked harder. Because the thing that was quietly capping them stopped running.
Decisions get clearer.
Teams start performing differently — because a team is a reflection of the field it’s operating inside, and when the leader’s field clears, the team’s does too.
Health stabilizes. Energy stops leaking into the same three worries on repeat.
None of that came from a new tactic.
It came from finally addressing what the tactics were built on top of.
The real question
So if you’re smart, capable, doing “all the right things,” and still circling the same number, the same stuck decision, the same wall —
the question isn’t what should I try next.
It’s what’s actually underneath this that thirty different strategies haven’t touched.
