A business is a reflection of the individual who owns it or is managing it or selling it. Not only is a business a reflection of the individual, but it is also a reflection of the energy of that individual. An individual and a business are uniquely and energetically tied to each other and success are multi-causal. It can often seem that there is no order as to who is successful. You may notice that a particular business will become successful for no apparent reason.
You, the entrepreneur (even a department manager) are top line energy, and without enough energy, you will not achieve your success or achieving it will take longer than necessary. When the owner of a business is putting together marketing or selling a product and they are exhausted, it’s the energy that’s fuzzy and which suffers the most. When that happens, results are fuzzy and it takes longer to achieve the objective.
Chaotic energy leads to chaotic concerns, and ultimately less-than-stellar results.
Happily, there are three e things you can do right now to have more sales and improve energy levels and flow:
- Put everything on your desk away or just walk away from your desk for 11 full minutes
2.Stand up and sit down 15 times or do 15 jumping jacks.
3. Take your index finger and second finger and press gently below your sternum for 10 seconds. Focus on the worries or obstacles you’re having. Then place same fingers on your heart center and focus on the opportunity and how easy it could be if you just allow the energy to flow.
